Pumpkin Pie Spice Mix

Have a thing for pies, pastries, cakes, and lattes, most especially during spring, then you need to have this spice mix in your kitchen, stat!

Just mix:  1 tablespoon ground cinnamon, 2 teaspoons ground ginger, 1/2 teaspoon allspice, 1/2 teaspoon ground cloves, 1/2 teaspoon ground mace, 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg. Blend or whisk well, and store in an airtight container.

Classic Steak Seasoning Mix

Let’s admit it. The lovely breezy springtime always makes us want to call friends and loved ones for a backyard soiree. Now whether you’re planning to have a backyard grill party or a simple brunch, this seasoning spice mix is but perfect!

Just get: 4 tbsp coarse salt, 1 tbsp course cracked black pepper, 1 tbsp onion powder, 1 tbsp paprika, 1/2 tbsp granulated garlic, 1/2 tbsp dried rosemary, lightly crushed, 1/2 tbsp crushed red chili flakes, and 1/2 tbsp dried thyme. Mix everything well, and store in an airtight glass container.

Homemade Ranch Seasoning Blend

When a spring day simply calls for some relaxing, binge-watching on Netflix, and chillin’ at your crib, don’t you just want to munch on those chips, veggie sticks, and other snacks? Seriously, this spice mix will get your snack game on! You can use this for cooking or even mixed with your favorite mayo, Greek yogurt or sour cream.

All you need is: 1/3 cup dry powdered buttermilk, 2 tablespoons dried parsley, 1 1/2 teaspoons dried dill weed, 2 teaspoons garlic powder, 2 teaspoons onion powder, 2 teaspoons dried onion flakes, 1 teaspoon ground black pepper, 1 teaspoon dried chives, and 1 teaspoon salt. Just pulse in your food processor then store in an airtight jar.
