2 tbsps unsweetened cocoa powder
1.5 tbsps white granulated sugar
1.5 tbsps brown sugar, packed
1 L (2 small) egg
½ tsp vanilla extract
¼ tsp salt
Garnish of your choice (e.g. confectioner’s sugar, milk/white chocolate shavings, fruits, caramel, whipped cream, melted chocolate, etc.)
Mixing bowl (microwavable)
Spatula or large spoon for mixing
Preheat oven to 350°. Butter 3 ramekins. Dust with a bit of cocoa powder and shake out the excess.
Put butter and chocolate chips in the mixing bowl. Place the bowl inside the microwave and heat for 30 minutes under medium power. Stir to check if butter and chocolate have completely melted. If not, heat again in the microwave.
With your electric mixer on medium speed, mix the brown and white sugar, egg/s, salt, and vanilla until completely combined. Mix in butter & chocolate mixture.
Mix in the remaining cocoa powder by hand.
Divide the batter equally and spread in to the ceramic ramekin bowls.
