You’ll need:

(For the Chicken Wings)

  • Chicken Wings (1 pound is good for 1-2 persons)

  • 2 tbsp lite mayo

  • 2 tbsp dijon mustard

  • 1 tbsp honey

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

(For the Strata)

  • Spinach

  • Green onions, chopped

  • Artichoke hearts

  • Whole wheat Sourdough cubes
