2 tbsp dijon mustard
1 tbsp honey
1 tbsp olive oil

Whole wheat Sourdough cubes

Everything But Bagel Spice Mix
Make sure you’ve got all the ingredients for the chicken and the strata ready. Preheat your oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit then you can go ahead and prepare your chicken. Mix the mayo, oil, dijon, and honey in a bowl then evenly coat the chicken wings (better if you’ve already separated the wing and drummet part). Tho it’s better to let the chicken sit to soak up the mixture, it’s okay if you’ll cook immediately right after. Prepare your baking tray by lining it with baking sheet and putting an oven-safe rack on top of it. Coat each wing completely with the Everything Bagel Seasoning Mix. Then place them on top of the rack. Bake for 40 minutes. Just check once in a while to see if you need to flip the wings.
While you wait for the wings, it’s time to make the casserole. Make sure all the veggies are completely washed, chopped at the right sizes, and dried. Combine the spinach, artichoke, sourdough cubes, and Monterey Jack cheese. Aftezr mixing thoroughly, transfer everything in a broiler safe baking dish prepped with cooking spray. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
Mix the Dijon mustard, milk, eggs, and Everything Bagel Spice Mix. Pour the batter onto the casserole. Sprinkle with more parmesan cheese and bagel seasoning spice mix on top. Put the casserole inside the oven.
After 40 mins, both the chicken and casserole should be ready. Plate up and enjoy!
After a hearty breakfast and a filling lunch, it’s now time for a dinner plate that’s light but tasty. That said, seafood and veggies are just perfect!

4 tsps light olive oil
1 tbsp dark sesame oil
1 tbsp low sodium soy sauce
1 tbsp light b rown sugar
2 tbsps rice vinegar

Using an electric griller, cook your salmon fillet with a little bit of butter on the grill plate. Cook it skin side down for minutes, then flip. Cook the other side for about 2 mins, or until you’re satisfied with its doneness.
For your salad dressing, just mix the olive oil, dark sesame oil, brown sugar, rice vinegar, and light soy sauce using a whisk. Sprinkle a bit more olive oil and lemon juice on your salmon. Enjoy!
